Hi, my name is Lacey. I have a 14 month old son named Brayden. I have always loved photography, but I’ve recently developed the desire to learn more about my camera, and even venture to shoot in manual mode (which is more confusing than I imagined)!

I found momtogs through pinterest and immediately fell in love with the site! I love seeing all the great pictures of all these adorable kids! I also love all the tips and insight Drew gives! I feel she must be pretty awesome since she also has a son named Brayden! lol

I thought I would share a few pictures I took of my son the other day. It was my first try shooting in manual and I realize there are many flaws with these pics. Even though they aren’t the greatest I still love them. Please feel free to leave me comments and advice!

My mom made Brayden this monkey hat for his birthday. When he tried to climb the cabinets for a banana the other day I thought it would be appropriate to break out the hat! (BTW, the only time I can get him to wear a hat is if he’s distracted by food! lol)
